Here is a better view of the face and upper body. Most of the eye and mouth detail is done with a brush. The nose is airbrushed like most of the skin tones. The hair is a little of both. Like I've said before the original has a lot more detail than what I can show on the internet. The hair for example looks almost totally black, and it is in the original as well, but there are very subtle changes of color that don't show up here. If you've ever had the chance to meet or see Dita, I think you can see the resemblance.
